- Financial Ratio analysis

- End to end contract management

- Contract renegotiation for better terms, cash flow savings, new products and services etc.

- Preparation and analysis of Term Sheet.

- Innovative cost reduction, concluding contracts,

- Study and analysis of market dynamics and industry trends of various sectors

- Developing financial models to evaluate investment and capex proposals of various projects

- Prepare Request for Proposal for Debt / ECA backed/Capital market financing

- Assess impact of government regulations/policies on businesses

- Tracking Markets with respect to Price movements, interest rates and currencies.
