Manager - Project Finance (1-12 yrs)
- Support the origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of financing documents for medium to large size transactions.
- Contribute to financial Due Diligence on M&A opportunities, including coordination of external financial advisors.
- Managing financial model based on the business plan and for external and internal requirements
- Handling and being part of lender conversations for Project Finance
- Co-ordinating due diligence
- Gathering/ maintaining data required
- Research new sources of funding.
- Development and execution of funding strategies.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Meeting lender requirements for disbursement and financing projects.
- Finalization of term sheet and loan documentation
- Examine financial and legal documents
- Preparation of documentation, projections, yearly plans, CMA data and financial modelling etc.
- Procurement of funds for vendor payments such as term loan disbursement, LC discounting.
- Issuance of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit etc.
- Obtaining Credit Rating from reputed rating agencies.
- Preparation of MIS (Cash Flow Projections, Fund and Non-Fund Funding).
- Preparation of Board presentations for management.
- Ensure submission of various compliances before the respective due dates.
- Timely payment of monthly interest and quarterly principal
- Obtaining of Credit Rating with yearly compliances.
- Liase with auditors
