Project Delivery Manager


- Provide management assistance to the Company Director, including project planning and execution, preparation for meetings, agenda setting and coordination, follow-up activities, and overseeing calendar.

- Works directly with Project teams. Identifies communication needs of diverse stakeholders, including the Development and Operations teams and the Clients. Establishes protocols for communicating programmatic work that enhances flow of information across all levels of the organization, vertical and horizontal.

- Oversees execution for projects (evaluation, work planning, goals setting, budget development and management) led by or under purview of the Director. Provides appropriate coordination on projects and tasks, including planning, troubleshooting, progress reporting, researching and interacting with staff and TLs.

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

- Work and Manage the onsite office and have periodic visits to onsite as and when needed

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

- Supports the Director in leading SPINX's program evaluation and impact initiative. Provides professional support by conducting research, synthesizing and analyzing data on programs, extrapolating lessons learned and essential points critical to management.

- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimum supervision in a fast paced and demanding environment. Able to successfully work under ambiguity and rapid change.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage up and across. Detail oriented and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate or Advanced experience with MS Suite and shared workspace platforms. Able to synthesize complex information and comfortably present data.

- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, as a member of a dynamic team.

- Superior relationship-building skills.

- Able to effectively manage difficult or sensitive situations. Courteous and professional manner and ability to maintain a calm and professional manner under pressure and with constantly shifting priorities.
