Project Delivery Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Project and Delivery Management :

- Work with the Product Owners to priorities requirement and provide timelines

- Collaborate with business, operation and management teams to gather requirements

- Represent users and ensure their needs are front of mind throughout development

- Create business cases for each project to justify allocation of resource

- Specify and document structure, information architecture, functionality and user flows across desktop and mobile web, mobile apps and social

- Work with project management, solutioning and build teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features

- Provide feedback and prioritize issues

- Track performance against goals using web analytics

- Identify key customer experience and business benefits, cost savings and revenue enhancements associated with any new concepts, clearly agreeing the goals, objectives, and scope of a project or initiative

- Define anticipated time, budget and scope working with IT and third party business suppliers for inclusion in business case or rationale

- Work with team to understand management information and analyse trends and user research to inform, determine and define appropriate customer experience for each channel

- Keep abreast of industry trends, to ensure the channel stays ahead of the competition, and research topics thoroughly to ensure VAA is innovating in line with its brand values.

- Complete detailed analysis and bench marking of competitors proposition, marketing communications and capabilities to propose best of breed enhancements across multi-channel touch points to drive revenue enhancement or improve customer experience

- Deliver changes and enhancements to digital platforms, ensuring that the bank's UAT, implementation and UVT processes are maintained and followed.

- Identify and provide solutions to front office and operational staff for handling BAU queries

Communication and Engagement :

- Foster close relationships with stakeholders

- Provide first level analysis on country request before engaging relevant domain team(s) for further assessment

- Update stakeholders with any digital changes, enhancements or new developments

- Analyse recurring customer complaints and initiate changes to ensure proper resolution

Governance and Risk :

- Align the governance of the channel with the Group's model

- Ensure adherence to the Minimum Control Standards for digital channels

Key Measurable (Revenue / Costs / Contribution / Direct Reports / Staff Numbers) :

- Feedback from key stakeholders

- Delivery of products and features within budget and time

- Responsiveness to Business issues and requests

- Timely and quality deliverables of releases

- Delivery within budget

Experience Profile :

Knowledge/skills/experience :

- Should possess sound functional knowledge in Electronic Banking and Cash Management Applications

- Knowledge on Payments, Collections, Funds Transfers and Regulatory Reporting will be an added advantage

- Experience on Corporate / Commercial Banking systems

- Knowledge of SWIFT in cash related messages flows is required

- Good Analytical skills

- Should be able to analyze user requirements and articulate/document comprehensive solution

- Able to guide and manage a team of technical experts

- Should be able to conduct walk-through of requirements and functional specifications to stakeholders

- Ensure Bank's stakeholder expectation is met on the requirements provided.

- Play a consultant role to business teams in coming with multiple options for problems and initiatives.

- Ensure that solutions are implemented in a generic way and not project specific

Qualification :

- Graduate from Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration

- Not essential but any relevant business or system qualifications would be an advantage
