Manager - Program - NGO

- Provide support in advocating for evidence-based changes to policy and programs in RMNCH+ Nutrition issues in Bihar

- Work with the project lead and team to identify key RMNCH+N issues where policy analysis, white papers, and advocacy efforts may lead to improvement in the performance of state RMNCH+N programs

- Work with key influencers, key decision makers and alliances to generate awareness about standards quality of care, barriers and bottlenecks in quality service delivery in the RMNCH+Nutrition.

- Coordinate advocacy capacity building/training of key influencers, partners and champions in RMNCH+N issues

- Assist in disseminating evidence and the research findings in appropriate fora and ensure that research and advocacy reaches key decision makers through mediums like the media

- Represent Organization to state level stakeholders including the various government departments and manage state level liaison, networking and relationship building with the government, NGOs and media.

- Implement and ensure that project objectives are achieved effectively, with the desired quality, and in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with project time lines, including monitoring and evaluation.
