Manager - Program Manager - (5-15 yrs)
- Planning of project deliverables, dependencies, risks, risk mitigation and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional workstreams and projects across functions such as marketing, merchandising, design, manufacturing, product, business finance etc.
- Drive project management across internal and external stakeholders for smooth coordination and execution around new products, platform launches
- Capture program status, maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders using existing Program Management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Identify, plan and manage the cross-team interdependencies and resolve conflicts
- Ability to get stakeholders to prioritize features/resources
- Risk and Issue tracking from identification to closure
Qualification/ Skills :
- Proficient knowledge of Project/Program Management principles and processes
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum
- Very strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations
- Proficient in change management skills
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a go-getter attitude
- Candidates with prior consulting /strategy / cross-functional program management experience in a similar role in the consumer internet industry.
