Manager - Production - Tissue Plant

- Responsible for managing overall tissue plant.

- Effectively plan and organize work objectives, goals, priorities and defines employee roles and responsibilities.

- Production planning, raw material planning, manage and track raw materials, consumable inventory and ordering, dispatches.

- Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and overall manufacturing excellence.

- Oversee spare parts stores.

- Ensure high maintenance of the machinery.

- Maintain high standard of product quality and customer satisfaction with order fulfillment.

Candidate Profile :

- Degree / Diploma in Printing / Packaging with minimum 6 - 8 years experience in running a tissue / conversion paper plant with products of Toilet roll, Tissue Napkin and other tissue products.

- Must have production working experience on BIELOMATIC machines / similar machines.

- Ability to train team.

- Fluent in English and SAP working experience would be an added advantage.

- Reporting to Business Unit Head / Managing Director.
