Experience :- 15 Years and above

Qualification:- BE or B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Rubber / Polymer

Candidate from Rubber Industry background is preferred.

Job Description:

- Oversee and administer plant operations within a heavy manufacturing environment. This includes achieving safety, manufacturing, product delivery and cost and customer satisfaction objectives while operating within company policy.

- Initiate strategies at the plant level while driving daily plant objectives. Set clear expectations and drive accountability at the individual and team level.

- Build Individual organizational capability and increase bench strength.

- Responsible for driving safe and efficient performance of all aspects of plant operations. Provide strategic leadership while driving plant execution of organization objectives.

- Responsible for leading all activities including manufacturing, staffing, training, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration with the support and management of plant leadership team and driving employee engagement.

- Overall responsibility for all plant activities. Responsible to establish, monitor and adhere to operating budgets. Ensure the efficiency and performance of the plant.

- Establish and implement long- term and short-term plans, operating policies, etc. which complement the plants Short and long term goals and objectives align with business objectives and ensuring the delivery of those objectives.

- Create, foster and sustain a culture of highly engaged and empowered team members that consistently delivers on commitments.

- Leadership Skills - demonstrate ability to engage, empower and stretch a large organization to consistently achieve and exceed its goals. Humility and willingness to learn as a servant leader.
