Manager - Production Planning - Paint & Chemical Industry (10-14 yrs)
Manager - Production Planning (PPC) - MNC Paint & Chemical Industry
MANAGER PLANNING ROLE :
Planning of Resources :
- Managing the Resources for achieving the periodic production targets.
- Manpower Planning to different section for completion of Plan
- Scheduling of Plan based on capacity utilization & Plan compliance.
- Day to Day Co-ordination with purchase & Vendors w.r.t. raw material & Packing material availability, vendor development & dispatches.
- Expertise in planning & controlling the production operations as per the capacity available.
Production Scheduling :
- Production capacity check for Stream level as per plan available
- Scheduling of machine as per capacity & plan available
- Monitoring of schedule compliance
- Switch over to alternate plan in case of any default in RM PM supply
Coordination :
- Co-ordination with central Planning for RM, Critical SKU & Volume demand.
- Coordination with Production sections for Priority compliance, SKU variance, prorates movement of FG.
- Coordination with vendors for the timely supply of packing material as per scheduled given.
- Coordination with distribution for servicing of DSO, NI Orders.
- Coordination with TF for new Product and Formulation trial on shop floor.
- New Product assessment & scheduling
Scheduling :
- Packing Material scheduling in every FN.
Candidate Requirement :
- MSC / BE / BTECH -- Chemical / Production / Mechanical
- Currently in Production Planning role Preferred
- Candidates from - North Zone preferred
- From Paint / Adhesive / Coating / Chemical Industries preferred
