Manager - Production & Planning - API

Responsibilities :

- Control of manufacturing rejection, rework loss which helps to improve the productivity.

- Daily Production & material shortage update

- Review with suppliers & vendors for supplier quality issues

- Monitor monthly cost and implementing the cost reduction actions.

- Ensure SAP updation

- Monitor and reduce major Production losses.

- Preparation of Materials requirement as per the monthly production plan.

- Stock Management and buffer creation for continuous production.

- Handling Quality improvement, Cost reduction project.

- Revising the production plans as per change in the priorities and materials availability.

- Ensure safety environment through cross functional safety audit.

- Monitoring & implementing the Ideas and kaizens on the shop floor

- All systems are followed to maintain proper housekeeping at the shop floor.

- Leading plant level sports, cultural, social activities.

- Handling all safety incidence with additional responsibility of safety coordinator.
