Manager - Production Operations - AC Manufacturing

Looking for candidates from White Good Industry with 12-16 yrs of relevant exp .

- This person will be responsible for production management, driving the production market.

- He / She would be reporting to the MD directly.

- Must have strong exp in team handling and should have dealt with senior leadership management.

Roles:

1. Managing production( Assembly and Mfg) lines on a daily basis with the production team and ensuring daily targets of production are met.

2. Driving Manufacturing Excellence initiatives ( Lean, TPM and Six Sigma) on floor and focused improvement projects.

3. Driving 5S on floor.

4. Capacity and line balancing, enhancing productivity on a regular basis.

5. Operations team management on a daily basis.

- So a person who has handled production in an AC manufacturing facility or a white good mfg facility is required. He should be 12 to 13 years experience overall and should have played the above role in the last 4 to 5 years.

- Salary can be discussed for the right candidates with experience.
