- Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability; - Maintain co-ordination between all the departments to achieve stipulated goal; - Efficient & flexible management of all resources including Production - Supervisors, Officers, skilled as well as unskilled workforce. Ensuring high motivation levels on the floor; - Coordinate training in technical skills and safety for the workforce. Devise & implement new training methodologies to ensure high levels of training effectiveness Operators & Workers at all level. - Maintaining a high quality working environment & ensuring staff appropriately trained & qualified. Working closely with Human Resource Department to ensure the Professional Management of individual relation issues; - Ensure correct & appropriate information, communication; training and instruction are passed on to the workforce. - Having to drive for results, able to overcome challenge and exercise sound business judgment. Being able to motivate self and others whilst operating in a demanding environment; - Function as single 'point-of-interface' for coordinating with production supervisors, maintenance, purchase, quality, to ensure production schedule met & on time seamless delivery.
