Manager - Product, Process consultant/ Innovation in HR Space

- Should have experience in technology transformation, change management, technology innovation for HR domain

- Must keep updated with the technology innovations in the market.

- Must have worked for digital space in the field of talent management.

- Should be updated and implemented latest technologies across sourcing, interviewing and offer management processes.

- Knowledge of Talent technology Trends in the fields of Talent Acquisition involving, Artificial Intelligence, RPA, IOT, Block-chain, Automation etc.,

- Must have done stakeholder management.

- Should have knowledge of HCM platforms

- Excellent communication skills.

Experience : 10 - 14 years of experience in Talent Technology.

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Work hours : 11am - 8pm
