A leading health organization well funder organization is looking for Product Operations Manager -
We are seeking a Senior Manager/Leader to help us build the Product Ops capability within the team. The role will initially involve:
- Learn the product and have a clear vision of the product roadmap, and how various teams are structured and will evolve.
- Being hands-on in the execution of some of the key pieces, specifically NPS and Product Board implementation.
- Enable the team to facilitate market research and user research.

- Should foster a data-driven culture, and effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in launching complex products and services that delight customers and drive business success.
- Strong product leadership skills in fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical, and design members.
- Must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity.
- Can act decisively which means you are not only able to develop high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Build and maintain connections with customers with an eye on acquisition, retention and expansion.
- Own NPS measurement and analysis across products, verticals and key customers.
- Drive action items to improve NPS improvement
- Facilitate market research for new products
- Help with user research and product usage for existing products and modules
Required Qualifications :
- 4 -7 years of experience in product management, product operations, customer research /success or market research of SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business, core metrics and growth drivers.
- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments.
- Understanding of market research and user research methods.
- Exposure to various tools for tracking product usage, product roadmap and NPS.
- Experience in assessing and articulating customer value of new capabilities.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
