Job Description: We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own how customers and prospects experience and perceive our offerings. The successful candidate will lead the go to market efforts to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services, including positioning, strategy and execution of key launches and initiatives that push our brand and business forward. - This is a highly entrepreneurial position that will require you to assume a number of different roles. - Working closely with the Product and relevant cross functional teams, you will create unique and innovative ways to drive how retail customers view and experience our business products. Our new PMM will have a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and marketing technologies. She or he will have a passion to go deep into competitive offerings and define where we fit into the overall eco-system and have a demonstrated ability to grasp and distil technical concepts into concise benefits prospective customers will value. 1. Define the positioning and messaging for our products and services. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the overall strategic positioning of the product for communication to customers, partners, and market influencers. 2. Own product launches. Create awareness and drive adoption of the Company through content, events, webinars, videos and presentations. Work closely with Product and Content teams to develop and distribute the assets and collateral required for each target platform. 3. Own Sales enablement. Develop sales collateral and train the Sales organization on strategic positioning and value proposition of ourProducts. 4. Create product content and communications to educate customers on new product capabilities and best practices. 5. Create Measure what works, what doesn't work, and drive business decisions based on data.. 6. Help create KPI dashboards and produce monthly insight reports for the executive team. Qualification: 1. Minimum 4 - 10 years experience in years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution architect/ demo engineering, value consulting, content marketing, customer marketing 2. Should have a technical degree in software engineering or relevant experience in marketing semi-technical products such as office collaboration tools, support desk tools, developer tools, integration tools that require zero to little coding by business users. Have launched developer platforms, products, or tooling 3. Should be a good collaborator and be able to collaborate with peers in Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Horizontal Solutions 4. Have a proven history of driving B2B go-to-market strategies that engage customers and accelerate growth. 5. Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills 6. Prior start-up experience is a plus 7. Excellent verbal &amp; written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
