Product Marketing Manager


- We are hiring for this role - to strengthen and standardize our product marketing efforts.


- The role would sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success.


- You will play a crucial role in new product and feature launches and, through your efforts, drive product usage and awareness and push people further into the conversion funnel.

Here is what your job responsibilities will look like :

1. Study the existing features , competitors, and general industry landscape as it evolves

2. Work closely with technology, sales, customer success, and other marketing team members for all new product and feature launches.

3. Build buyer personas, develop messaging that resonates with them, create a launch plan, and execute the same

4. Create product use case-focused content such as sales & marketing decks, landing pages, e-books, case studies, blogs, product videos, social media posts, webinars, etc. in collaboration with other team members

5. Drive and monitor new product and feature adoption end-to-end

6. Identify which product metrics to track and work with other teams to measure them.

7. Analyze customer feedback and feature adoption metrics to optimize launch campaigns and get ideas for future product development

What do we expect from you?

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably Product Marketing, is required. If you have launched products from scratch in the real world, fantastic! We'd love to hear the story.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills. Extra brownie points if you have created an exceptional piece of content or delivered a webinar in the past!

3. Prior experience in working closely with Sales teams in creating sales enablement collaterals like case studies, pitch decks, etc., is required.

4. Have the ability to think from sales, marketing, and customer perspectives. Be the go-to person for all feature and product value communications.

5. You should be comfortable using Google Analytics or other product analytics tools.

6. Eagerness to learn the product and the market. If you can uncomplicate tech and present it in simple terms that communicate value, Viola! We are a great fit!

7. Possess a healthy mix of analytical skills and creative ability to balance data-driven decision-making and creativity in executing new campaigns end-to-end.

8. Are self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
