Description:

- The company's mission statement is built on ending exploitative payday loans. Product education and adoption is a critical part of achieving this mission.


- The product marketing manager will be responsible for co-developing the product's strategy, getting to know its customer and user personas, and developing the tools and campaigns that the company will use to introduce and sell this product to the market.


- The product manager will collaborate with product marketing to clearly articulate the features and benefits to the market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering

- Develop in-app positioning that streamlines user expectations and product promise.

- Analyze product adoption data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques

- Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and the associated proof points. This source material is used by marketing to generate public-facing marketing collateral

- Write compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences

- Create and present information about products and the markets these products serve

- Represent the company at all times and with virtually any audience to explain the customer-led benefits of the product line

- Draw and regularly update user and employer product communication canvas and enable continuous AB testing

- Drive new product and feature communication plan with cross-collaboration from product and other verticals in the company

Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager


- Background in design and copywriting is a plus


- Experience in market analysis


- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)


- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics and others)


- Excellent communication skills .
