Company: Leading Private Sector Bank  Role: Product Marketing Manager - Digital Channels  Location: Mumbai  Key Responsibilities:  - Manage and grow the designated product portfolio and achieve annual targets for Digital Banking (Internet & Mobile) channels  - Work on the development and execution of marketing and promotion campaigns to drive usage of digital products   - Plan and execute cross channel campaigns using email, SMS, digital media, social media and bank's internal properties   - Establish segmentation strategy for targeting and customizing campaigns  - Build communication campaigns from scratch, providing creative direction for artwork and writing/editing effective copy  - Tracking & analysis of business portfolio  - Manage agency and vendors to deliver work on time & within the allocated budget  - Business intelligence and competitor analysis  - Product training and roll out support   Requirements :  - Experience of creative development and management of digital campaigns (email, SMS, notifications)  - Creative thinking, problem solving and capability to adapt in a constantly changing digital marketing environment   - Agency management, cross-functional communication management  - Strong verbal and written communication skills  - Knowledge of HTML, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics   - Experience of using search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media   Qualifications: MBA (Marketing)  Experience: 1-7 years of experience in marketing / advertising
