Manager - Product Management - eCommerce (2-10 yrs)
Manager- Product Management
- Define and evolve the omni-channel consumer facing technology stack and product road-map
- Partner with business, technology and vendor teams to design and build exceptional experiences that benefit consumers and drive business results
- Define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes
- Be the voice of the user. Understand user needs and pain points through one on one interaction directly with users or product/business stakeholders
- Lead the review and design of the consumer experience processes, policies and technology roadmap and work collaboratively with technology team and vendors for delivering the digital experiences.
- Be at the forefront of emerging digital customer offerings, as well as have a thorough and current knowledge of the competitive environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge & skill set:
- Experience and a passion for eCommerce and digital technologies demonstrating optimum user experience
- Experience in Product Management, Engineering or Consulting
- Prior experience in understanding and working with APIs driven business processes
- Strong project management, vendor management and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of / interest in emerging digital technologies
