Detailed job description :
- Product & Pre-Sales Support
- Support in new product launches and maintenance of existing products
- Analyze market opportunity, competition, draft fund documents such as PPM
- Prepare excel models on the fund and investor returns
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questions from local and global investors related to the product
- Create and update presentations on economy, firm and the product as well as other marketing collateral
- Support sales team and fund managers for their investor meetings
- Work on organizing marketing events for the funds
- Investor Reporting
- Quarterly & annual reporting for all the funds: Responsible for liaising with various teams internally to prepare the quarterly / annual reports of all the funds
- Own the final reports to ensure error free and timely reporting
Competencies & Personality Traits :
- Good understanding of financial concepts, experience in the asset management industry would be a plus
- Excellent communication / coordination skills to be able to liaise with internal & external stakeholders across levels and functions
- Strong written communication skills
- PowerPoint presentations, reports etc.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to take ownership to identify & solve ambiguous problems
- Fast learner
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint & Excel
