Position Title - Product Development Manager - Equity

Position reporting to Deputy Vice President (DVP)

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for creating Product life cycle journey for client & RM's. Achieving efficiency by adopting digitization, Focus on customer centric & RM centric process journey. Articulate the requirement with technology team (BRS) to get the process developed, ensuring UAT & production movement.

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Design the process

- Ensuring process adoption & regular audit

Functional Responsibilities

- Articulation of process requirement with tech & Ops

- Identify Gaps in existing process by connecting with various stake holders & bring solution, UAT & Production movement

- Continuous effort to make process more efficient & achieving scale by adopting STP & digitization

Qualifications : Graduate with MBA preferred

Experience : 3 - 8 yrs

Functional Competencies :

- Fair knowledge on Mutual Fund product

- Process design & implementation

- Strong Data & Process Analytics

Behavioral Competencies :

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Comfortable with Excel & formulas

- Fair English writing skills & content communication for email

- Multi Tasking & handling deadlines

Key Interactions :

- Internal Nature or purpose of interaction

- Technology team Requirement related to backend system for setting up sales process systems

- Marketing Team Promote process launch with help of marketing team,

- Business Connect with business team & understand the process gaps
