Product Deployment Manager - For Big4 Consulting

1. Level: Consultant/Senior consultant

2. Academic Credential: MBA Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred.

3. Experience:

- Around 5-9 years of Analytics Product Deployment experience with global clients in digital or analytics space

- Should have managed large end to end projects/ product deployment including project product strategy, road mapping and delivery

- Should have experience in project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc.

- Experience with CPG/Retail/ eCommerce industries preferred.

- Working knowledge on Product Change/ Release management

- Experience of product deployment in different geographies

- Preferred functional experience in Supply Planning, Demand planning, logistics/Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

4. Skills:

- Supply Chain Functional Knowledge

- Data Analytics

- Stakeholder Management

- Full time project management experience.

5. Certification: PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM/CSPO/PSPO certification (any one is mandatory)

6. Tools: JIRA, confluence / smart sheets (preferred)

7. Good to have tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel

8. Notice Period: Early/Immediate joiners are preferred
