Manager - Product/Business Development - Building Materials

Key responsibilities are :

- Exploring new product line and new opportunities in existing categories.

- Partner identification, research and conduct Pilot.

- Introduction of Private labels in certain categories and set up distribution and Supply Chain.

- Scout efficient sourcing by exploring contract manufacturing options and vendor finalization

- Detailing contracting terms: Quality, QC Process, Price negotiations.

- Creating a comprehensive Vendor management process and governance framework.

- Establishing processes, metrics, and standardization for scaling the business.

- Currently, we operate as a trading model and for profitability enhancement and better value proposition, outsourcing and private labels are required to be introduced, this new incumbent will be scouting for new categories and models of delivery.
