Manager - Procurement/Supply Chain Management (7-10 yrs)
Description:
1. Develop & direct procurement and logistic related functions (e.g. design and develop contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts etc. seeing looking at sales and marketing plan up to 2 years).
2. Manage contractor and subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as a liaison with the organizations.
3. Alignment of NLS strategies with vendors, manage vendor relationships.
4. Backward & Forward integration for development of reliable suppliers.
5. Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services.
a. Vendor development policy.
b. Alignment of organizational objectives with vendor's internal policies.
6. Develop an import policy.
7. Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
8. Development of all accepted data management and metrics/reporting system. Ensuring of following the same.
9. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals.
