Manager - Procurement/Indirect Purchase - FMCG (7-13 yrs)

We have a suitable opening in the Corporate Division for the role of Procurement Manager - Operation Buyer - Indirect Purchase based in Mumbai. You come with a relevant experience of 8-10 years in FMCG. Professional experience in indirect procurement for an FMCG is must.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deal with Internal stakeholders to understand their needs.

- Conduct purchasing activity in line with the Group's purchasing policy and Group Values.

- Define price base line in line with Zone and identify savings opportunities

- Establish yearly country budget & savings and provide reporting over the year (year to date, trends vs Budget)

- Strategize sourcing in different categories of GWP and promotional material to optimize vendor base and improve savings.

- Select, evaluate and put together a supplier pool based on the criteria set forth in the purchasing policy; develop close relations with chosen suppliers at LOCAL and APAC level.

- Conduct negotiations in regard to quality of material and commercial.

- Extract short/mid/long term business requirements by communicating with key stakeholders. (Goals, Trends , Budgets).

- Ensure compliance at all level.

- Analyze Industry and Market Movers.

- Develop sourcing strategy and run RFP in line with business needs, compliance requirement and Purchase & vendor management policies.
