Job Requirement :
Develop vendors, initiate & maintain list of approved vendors & conduct vendor audits for raw materials and packing materials.
Initiating activities for cost savings and for mitigating supply side risk for the company.
Responsible for timely commencement of a green field project by continuous monitoring of the progress of each module like facilities, assembly, machining, etc.
Spend analysis, budgeting and Identification of cost saving opportunities.
Preparation of monthly reports: Forward Cover, Procurement Plan, Inventory Valuation, and generating MIS on monthly procurement performance.
Interact with manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand and supply forecast drivers.
Establishes effective strategies for implementation of Quality standards and regulatory conformance
Initiate and lead major process change management initiatives.
