Position: Manager - Procurement
Location: Gurgaon
Industry Preferred - Cement /Building Material
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in supply chain management, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline
- At least seven (7) years of experience in procurement management position.
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Must demonstrate strong communication, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Experience in working in a matrix environment.
- Leadership experience, setting strategies, initiatives, objectives, and plans.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software
- Ability to analyse, organize, and report data
