Manager - Procurement - BFSI

Manager Procurement

For MNC dealing with self-service transaction systems (such as ATMs and Cash Recyclers).

Primary responsibility will be to select vendors, source & distribute equipments used in ATM, procurement & delivery of third party equipments, negotiation with vendors and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Qualifications and Requirement :

- Engineer with 10+ years or Masters degree with 7+ years of experience from accredited institution

- Advanced key procurement skills : Development / management of category strategies; RFP / RFI development, contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, management of supplier relationship lifecycle, understanding of risk mitigation principles, and understanding of various cost evaluation methods (TCO, ROI, Payback Period, etc.)

- Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials.

- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business strategy; extensive business case writing, strong background in market intelligence research, and proficient in negotiation strategy and tactics

- Strong knowledge of procurement tools, automation, and operations (e.g. eRFPs, eAuctions and other eTools)

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly and concisely communicate information at multiple levels, adapting easily to change. Capable of effective executive management presentations / communications.

- Advanced sourcing analytic skills (RFP Evaluation, spend analytics, etc)

- Advanced contracting skills and knowledge of contracting principles, laws, regulations and industry standards.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Costing & Tendering experience

- Good Negotiation Skills
