Manager - Procure To Pay Transformations - F&A Domain

An exciting, pivotal role for a P2P Transformation Professionals well versed in supporting the leadership team in gaining organizational visibility and Business Unit customer alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide Best in class industry view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios into the New

- Lead P2P Transformation agenda for global clients

- Lead growth and mining in existing F&A accounts for specific industry segment

- Supporting initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem-solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes.

- Ensuring organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiative efforts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in F&A transformation (specifically in P2P)

- Hands on experience and have delivered at least 2 large scale End to End P2P Transformation for global Clients

- Well versed with Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics

- Strong leadership and team-building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate and deployment of team resources.
