Job Summary :
- We are looking for a Process training Manager to help employees and trainers cultivate their skills and knowledge. The expectations of the role is not only to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Training of new hires on fundamental skills essential for entry level performance concepts of Healthcare domain (provider business), and any client specific training requirements
- Support business with need-based OJT, Support Coaching and Refresher Training
- Manage performance and development of a team of trainers as direct reports
- Manage performance, development and adherence to organizational policies for trainees
- Training need assessment parameter-for root cause analysis and action planning
- Content Development and implementation
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects
- Ensure accurate, timely and efficient analysis of all reports
- Active participation in developing Training assessments for participant
- Conduct training follow up session and measure effectiveness of training
- Provide weekly feedback on progress of the new hires to the Quality, Training, and Ops Manager
- Work closely with the supervisors and the quality team to determine the training needs
- Create tests and procedures to measure success of the trainings imparted
- Understand operational [Ops and Quality] KPIs and align the training deliver accordingly
Desired Skill :
- Graduate /PG from any stream
- Total 8-10 years experience with minimum 4-6 years- experience in managing New Hire Training and Coaching for US Healthcare Provider Business
- Experience in managing team of 2-5 trainer
