The role would require to study & map various aftermarket process applicable for International business.
- Benchmark existing process with competition process & system.
- Analyze and optimize to derive new process.
- Work jointly with various team to develop Systems to support new process.
- Working in close interface with the teams across their regions to provide extensive after-market direction, legal and other implication of process in various market.
- Support front end team and distribution to Install & standardize various Service systems at Main Distributor, their branches and at sub dealers.
- Drive implementation of process and debugging at various stages .
The role
- Co ordinate with various stake holders time to time for driving the project .
- 8-10 years of After market Experience,
- Prior Knowledge of being part of Process development team or exposure to advanced Aftermarket is added advantage .
- Basic knowledge one database package and SAP is desirable
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Foreign Language will be an added advantage (French, Arabic etc)
- Engineering graduate / MBA
