Manager - Process Strategy - Retail Liability Segment - Banking (5-15 yrs)
Hiring for Process Strategy Manager- Retail Liability (CASA) for one of my Banking Client based out in Mumbai.
1. Lead business transformation initiatives end to end from development to deliver stage.
2. Mobilize business teams, functions and external resources as appropriate to deliver program.
3. Manage daily governance - Influence project decisions, tracking & reporting progress, thus implementing effective project governance.
4. Effective impactful communication along with coordination amongst internal & external stakeholders.
5. Problem solving & critical thinking consulting approach towards challenges. Delivery, training of end consumers & looping back feedback effectively.
6. Implementation and driving effective utilization & uptake of the initiative to measure impact.
7. Deliver and manage key strategic and transformation initiatives for branch banking.
Qualification:- Graduation + MBA (MUST) from Tier1 or tier 2 college.
Minimum 5-6 years of exp in Retail Liability is a must
