Manager - Process - Pharma/Chemical - Consulting (14-20 yrs)
We are looking for candidates who are currently working with Pharma / Chemical Consultancy Firms and ready to join similar background organization in Mumbai
Candidates working with Consultancy Firms needs to apply or previous worked in similar organization need to apply with current and previous experience in Pharma or Chemical Industry only
1. Exp of working in consulting environment for formulations, biotech & API projects & thorough design fundamentals Project Management, basic & detailed engineering for pharma & chemical plants.
2. Liaison with client & contractors at site.
3. Overall management of project (in-house )
4. Prepare monthly reports summarising status of project.
5. Collect technical data for detailed engineering
6. Develop process flow diagrams & P&I diagram
7. Estimate utility requirements & develop utility systems from concept stage based on specific requirement of process.
8. Developed specifications of proprietary equipment.
9. Evaluate & prepared recommendation of bids for supply of equipment
10. Prepare piping specifications & develop specification datasheets for pipes, fittings & valves
11. Evaluate tenders & prepare techno-commercial recommendations
12. Hands on experience of process, clean & raw utilities piping P&IDs & equipment specification & sizing
