Manager - Process Improvement (5-10 yrs)
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- To analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes
- Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform workflows.
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working, including automation and technology implementation
- To recommend and support the selection and implementation of relevant automation technologies geared towards operational efficiency
- To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
- Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements
- Conduct ongoing research and benchmark against industry best practices
- Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement plan for the firm
