Manager - Process Excellence - Insurance/BFSI Domain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (0-10 yrs)
The incumbent will support all aspects of transformations projects.
Job responsibilities :
- Conducting operations assessments, requirement gathering, identifying transformation opportunities, designing solutions, creating transformation roadmaps, implementing target operating models, managing change, as well as gathering and analyzing data, developing models, support the monitoring and reporting of progress on projects, managing project risks and issues and tracking project deliverables and results by
- To design vision for Target Operating Model transformation and develop roadmaps
- Lead transformation work streams
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports
- Ensures appropriate governance and monitors transformation project progress, budgets, risks and issues to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Excellent ability to conduct or participate in information gathering via interviews, request for information templates and workshops with clients.
- Drive operations & business transformation best practices
- Process re-engineering exposure, work-flow mapping
Education Requirements :
- MBA from tier I
- Excellent Academic track record
Work Experience Requirements :
- Preferable, experience working with Big4, IBM, Accenture, or similar roles in Insurance/ BFSI domain
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Frequent Travel Required
