With the ever-growing demand for healthcare services among the ever-increasing population, our client acts as a diagnostic laboratory providing various services such as routine testing, pathology services, radiology and genomic testing. They even provide various healthcare packages such as full body packages, fever packages, heart packages, etc.

Headquartered in Noida, our client works as a technology empowered, well-equipped and advanced testing lab, built in line with the globally recognized standards. They have their home sample-collection service in, approx., 120+ cities with 30+ laboratories and 700+ walk-in wellness & collection centres across India.

Our client aims for the accessibility of health tests to all Indians through a combination of well-equipped labs, technology and strong radiology network. They are backed by tier 1 VCs and have raised more than $60 million in funding this year.

As a Manager - Process Excellence, you will be responsible for analysing and ensuring that the business processes within the organisation are effective and efficient.

What you will do :

- Being responsible for process excellence by ensuring that the internal practices and procedures are cost-efficient, updated based on market standards and effective to contribute towards the business growth.

- Analysing gaps in the current system to formulate Improvement Strategies.

- Implementing business logic to augment process efficiency.

- Setting up quantifiable objectives based on technological capacity and best practices.

- Stargazing and executing process flows to improve efficiency

- Working directly with the teams to ensure the overall health of the processes is good.

- Studying and analysing the current processes within the organisation and suggesting the areas for improvement and also the process reengineering steps and requirements, wherever required.

- Exploring and recommending new and more efficient practices and processes and also the roadmap for future requirements, to the management.

- Focusing on strategically suggesting and implementing productivity improvement initiatives to reduce cost & improve the business.

- Researching, studying and analysing large amounts of data related to the current trends and practices in the market and industry as a whole and reporting the insights to the management in regular intervals.

- Ensuring compliance of process-related rules, laws & regulations.

- Working in coordination with various stakeholders such as internal divisions as well as external vendors/ professional sources.

- Maintaining an updated and accurate database of various related details such as expenses, budget, requirements, roadmap, etc. and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals.

What you need to have :

- Graduation + MBA is required.

- Relevant work experience of 5-7 years in process excellence and organisational transformation.

- Prior work experience of handling process reengineering, data analysis and cost optimisation is a must.

- Six Sigma certification is required.

- Outstanding communication, analysing and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

- Ability to multitask and proficient in MS office suite.
