About Process:

- Work with practice experts and related teams to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems

- Involve mapping existing processes and designing improved ones

- Act as a liaison between disciplines to assure understanding

- Holding meetings, researching and documenting processes, collecting data, analyzing and presenting information and performing related tasks.

- Managing process change

- Leading process redesign workshops

- Educating process users and those responsible for managing and operating processes

- Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance

- Seeing the big picture, understanding practice objectives and being able to apply your understanding of how processes should work for operational improvements

- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas

- Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance

- Creating and presenting enterprise dashboards for tracking ROI from multiple client engagements and projects

- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows

- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies

- Playing the role of a functional requirement SME and assisting with removing impediments and blockers

- Being able to liaison between lines of business and the development teams, while working with a wide range of partners and collaborating with your team

- Developing important relationships with various partners across the enterprise to achieve common goals

Title - Process Excellence Manager

Location - Its a permanent Work from Home role.

Requirement Good Communication Skills (8/10)

- 6+ years' experience as a process specialist, with 2+ experience managing small team of direct reports from BPO only

- Six Sigma Mandatory (Green is preferred)

- Experience using BPMN and diagramming tools

- Experience with cross-functional team facilitation

- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes

- Prior experience in business transformation or consulting preferred

- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences

Lean Six Sigma Green belt

Education Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or equivalent experience

Shift timings 5.30pm-2.30am, 5 days working
