Manager - Process Excellence - Black Belt

Job purpose:

- Be a part of the process excellence team to enable creation of value based overall processes and methodology through the knowledge of key Lean and Six Sigma skills.

- Develop solutions and services to help clients automate their tax data and logic computation by creating a robust process feasibility analysis for RPA/IA based projects.

- Oversee project delivery on a variety of engagements, incorporating symbiotic process & technology solutions to address complex tax problems.

- Close collaboration with the other technology teams to develop models based on the requirement of the business.

- Should be expert in driving BPMS projects as well as process documentation exercise for enterprise level practices using those standards

- Manage projects in a demanding, time-sensitive environment and deliver high-quality solutions by using cross-functional teams and remote resources.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering / Information Technology / MBA

- An overall 5-10 years of experience with at least 5 -10 years of relevant hands on work experience building, integrating and delivering enterprise-wide process development, improvements and overall methodology creation.

Understanding of the applications for Microsoft and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects is preferred however not mandatory

- Demonstrated expert knowledge of six sigma concepts of DMAIC and Lean (and all tools included therein) - Certification on LSS Black Belt is mandatory.

- Demonstrated expertise in process design, project management concepts such as WBS of items, process build pre-requisites and activities, deployment and recognizing pilot run documentation, support and training/ mentoring - Certification on PM skills (like PMP, Prince 2 is preferred however not mandatory)

- Excellent interpersonal communication and team skills required to operate as a contributing member of global technical teams that deliver quality services.

- Excellent technical skills designing, developing, debugging, documenting, and implementing process solutions and data analytic skills.

- Knowledge and experience in most IT methodologies and life cycles that will be preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and a proven ability to thrive under pressure.

- Maintains awareness of new and emerging process design tools and solutions and identifying potential application of those solutions as service offerings for the business.

- Ability to quickly understand complex tax and either a formal education or strong interest in data modelling and analysis.
