Job Description: Manager, Process Excellence
- Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) and project re-engineering
- Setting up a framework for the ongoing measurement and reporting out of metrics to leadership
- Understand existing quality-monitoring mechanism and checkpoints which are critical
- Prepare Quality Management Framework Document
- Establishing the Quality Management Framework (QMF) with agreed upon metrics and reporting
- Suggest and set-up Operational-Level Agreements (OLAs)
- Review baseline data, set-up targets and get sign-off from business stakeholders. Establishing baseline performance for different metrics / OLA's / SLA's etc.
Business As Usual:
- Driving standardization and synergies in the processes/ service lines across all locations
- Improve processes by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Targeted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on problem areas or OLAs not able to meet the targets
- Devise plans of improvement and collaborate with operations to drive the performance
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and periodic review of continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate operations to drive improvement initiatives
- Drive process-change to create efficiencies
- Facilitate Change Management efforts to drive and sustain transformation
- Enable the Business Process Re-engineering strategy by using data and process analysis to identify automation opportunities
Must Skillset :
- Graduate/ B.Tech in any stream
- Lean Six Sigma experience (Black Belt certified)
- Lean six sigma relevant experience of atleast 8 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/dataflow/systems maps
- Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution
- Well-versed in knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement practices in his/ her previous roles
- Sound understanding of current technologies/ solutions available to improve business processes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse data to identify trends and baseline OLAs
- Must have exposure to the various sampling methodologies for transactional/ process quality audits
- Demonstrated ability to utilize quality management tools to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction
