Manager - Process Excellence - 5 Star Hotel Chain (5-10 yrs)
- Design a process excellence roadmap
- Create a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure standardization of processes by defining standard ways of working of the functions in the in collaboration with the respective process owners
- Evaluate applicability and relevance of the standard ways of working after defined intervals to ensure processes are best-in-class and will deliver efficiency in a highly dynamic and complex business environment
- Interact with the process owners on a regular basis and identify process pain points and generate ideas to tackle the problems and program manage implementation and execution of the same
- Drive the periodic audit of the operations of the functions to ensure conformity to the defined standards
- Manage and own process taxonomies and maps for the functions
- Ensure process taxonomies and maps are updated and reflect the as-is picture
- Track any and all changes in the processes and sign-off on the changes after ensuring they are relevant and do not hamper standardization
- Drive, plan, organize and execute the Internal Controls for the organization
- Conduct risk assessment of all departments/ functions
- Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies to the CFO / Company leadership team and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operation
Requirement:
- Post graduate degree or a diploma in management
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt
- Certified Lean practitioner
- 5+ years of experience in process excellence and improvement of the Finance and Accounting function
