We are looking for Manager - Process Consulting with a boutique consulting firm in Gurgaon. Our client offers a wide range of business advisory services to its increasing number of clients in Strategic Advisory, Financial Advisory, Transaction Support, Process Consulting, People & Organization Consulting, Procurement Advisory, IT Consulting Services, ESG Advisory, Risk Advisory, and Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. Provide a wide spectrum of services to commercial and Islamic banks, insurance companies, investment banks, private equity and asset management companies in the GCC (Gulf) and wider MENA (Middle East North Africa) region.

Role Description:

Manager - Process Consulting

(Reporting to Sr. Manager / MD)

Experience in Process Consulting/ Risk Advisory/ Internal Audit/ Compliance function at a consulting firm or corporate

1. Lead execution for specific consulting project(s) as per the client requirements and focus on quality and timelines

2. Independent preparation of deliverable or review of deliverables from team relating to various services being delivered to the clients

3. Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business

4. Be at client location for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for execution as may be required and demonstrate project management and execution capability

5. Conduct business development activities such as pre- sales pitches, approach paper, proposals and meetings with potential clients

6. Participate in recruitment and mentoring to develop team

Desired Attributes:

1. Hands-on with execution of Internal Audit and other consulting projects and to manage a project independently with junior team members

2. Good at generating new business opportunities for the practice

3. Ability to work and deliver in a team

4. Clear, logical and analytical abilities

5. Strong communication and presentation skills

6. Good at proposal and report writing using MS Word and PowerPoint.

Years of Experience: 5 - 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Qualification:

1. CA/ MBA (preferred batch 2014 to 2016)

2. Experience with a Big 4 and/ or an equivalent consulting firm shall be an added advantage

1. Are open to work in hybrid mode (twice a week [5 days working] from head office in Gurgaon or as required) with a boutique consulting firm of 80+ headcount.

2. Are open to work on Sundays (when required since he will be interacting with GCC and MENA clients not domestic)

3. Have consulting experience in manufacturing, insurance and banks would be an added advantage esp. with GCC & MENA.

4. Are open to travel to client location (international) from 2-3 weeks in a month or two.
