Our reputed American Medical Products and Technologies Company (Advanced Wound Dressings) client, based in Bangalore is looking to hire a Manager-Process Compliance (CA or CPA preferred but not essential) with experience in Internal Audit and Compliance. MUST HAVE: experience in Design and Documentation of Processes and implementation of the same.

BANGALORE candidates preferred.

Principal Responsibilities :

The Manager, Process Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the India business has robust systems and processes in place and that they are adhered to efficiently and effectively by all staff.

Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Document processes, analyse controls and procedures and develop recommendations using sound business judgment.

- Write policies and/or control and implement where required

- Draft, review, finalise and deliver audit reports, communicate finds and recommendations in an effective manner to compliance, finance, commercial, legal, HR and operational leadership

Develop staff capabilities to strength understanding of business process acumen and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and controls

- Any other responsibilities as required

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have :

- CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be greatly valued

- Experience working in Internal auditl from within an MNC

- Strong process and compliance skills to support business decision-making

- Proficiency in MS Office, and ability to quickly adapt to new systems

- Demonstrated ability to successfully and productively work within a team environment and across functions and levels

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with people across multiple levels, functions and regions.
