Description: 1. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience into private equity and hedge fund accounting. 2. Should be involve in NAV calculations. 3. Calculating/finalizing the NAV and allocating it to the investors based on their ownership. 4. Verifying all the capital contribution and distributions happened for the month. 5. Verifying all the Investor transfer happened for the month as per the request received from the Client. 6. Reviewing the L.P/Investor statements prepared by investor service team against the allocation done. 7. Responsible for doing the NAV Roll forward at the end of the month to find out the changes between the current month and the previous month NAV. 8. Preparing the Quarterly Income distribution file to the Investors 9. Promptly handled all the year-end client audit queries in a timely manner. Role: Lead and Manager Location: Bangalore
