Position : Manager Business Development - Cyber Security

About the Company Practice -

Company's Cyber security practice is a 500 + people team across India. The company cater to clients in various sectors, however, primarily focused on Government, Financial Services, Telecom and IT/ITeS. It helps clients structure their cyber agenda to be proactive and resilient. It largely focus on Advisory, Implementation and Sustenance programs for our clients. Work spans across the following:

- Security implementation - Specific product implementation

- Identity and Access Management

- Threat & Vulnerability Management

- Managed security services

- Security Operations Center advisory

- Cyber-forensics

Primary purpose of the role: Business Development & client delivery

Job Description:

- Driving business across various service offerings

- Focus and track consistent growth with increase in topline & bottom-line

- Responsible to grow account/s with a specific focus on relationship management, cross sell, manage book of accounts with profitability on Gross Margin as the key focus.

- Responsible in managing and consistent growth of the Cyber security Service in North including coordination with the Cyber Delivery Center

- Actively participate with the National Cyber security team which involves regular collaboration on standardization of delivery centre, content and pricing, large pursuit tracking and qualification.

- Responsible for engagement allocation of resources with the assigned team including managers / senior managers

- Play a role of a Technical Subject Matter Expert including reviewing deliverables with guidance to the team at various levels of the engagement

- Support and respond to large RFPs and bids

Play an active role in channels management with large Security Solutions vendors in the market on SIM, PIM, Threat Management, dashboarding, DAM etc.

Required Experience/Technical Skills:

- 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience

- Should be able to think "out of the box". Possess ability to implement new attack approaches/vectors.

- Understanding of Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Application Security Testing, SOC and Managed Security Services

- Should be adept with tools of trade, as dependency on automated scanning tools is strongly discouraged.

- Knowledge of Wireless networks and Infrastructure Penetration Testing.

- In depth knowledge of Networks and Operating Systems.

- Knowledge of configuration review of servers, network devices and others.

- Knowledge of Web Application Assessment.

- Should possess relevant university degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g. OSCP, CEH, CISA, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 etc.)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Some experience in conducting research/analysis.

- Ability to multitask in a fast paced & stressed work environment.

- Should be a strong team player.

- Comfortable with high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations.

- Should be willing to assist teams with overtime when needed.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Self-motivated, curious, knowledgeable pertaining to news and current events.

- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.

- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.

- Attention to detail.

B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech - Information Security / Cyber Security
