Manager/Principal Consultant - Automation & Technology Implementation - Management Consulting Firm

Position: Manager/Principal Consultant

Location: Bangalore and Gurgaon

Client : Leading Management Consulting Organisation

- More than 10+ years of consulting and implementation experience

- Focus on technology implementation; implemented RPA/automation projects for clients in the recent 2-3 yrs (min.) - earlier focus can be on legacy migration, Cloud, AI, IOT etc.

- Must have consulting focus and know the technology space and automation domain

- Charter would be to help in BD - selling implementation projects to enterprises, GCCs, ISVs etc. plus lead a small team of tech architects and help in implementation of automation projects

- Experience of working on industries (such as BFSI, Retail, healthcare etc.) would be added bonus

- Strong existing network of connects within global/US enterprises, india enterprises, GCCs, ISVs etc

- Experience in leading Proof of Concepts for automation tools

- Vendor evaluation and technical due diligence

- Strong Program Management skills and experience

- Lean Six Sigma, CSPO, PMP, PRINCE etc. kind
