WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED - To create and run a benchmark 24x7 Call Centre capability to enabling an exceptional financial product &amp; experience - Drive Prime acquisitions through call centre and enable exceptional service to the best customers of BFL and New to Bajaj (NTB) acquisitions - We are looking for a person who can lead the set-up of a call centre and run it on a daily basis as an efficient and effective set-up KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Call Centre - Set up a 24x7 Call Centre capability - Convert Prime acquisitions through Call centre - Train, motivate and drive Call Centre resources to deliver exceptional service - Close co-ordination with Prime Product team - Create, drive and deliver key Call Centre metrics EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT - Define, deploy and deliver customer service experience - Own Prime customer service fulfillment - Liaison with product team to ensure a benchmark inbound and outbound service experience PERFORMANCE MONITORING - Monitor performance of all resources in the Call Centre - Drive key acquisition &amp; service metrics - Monitor business KPIs and the impact of Call Centre interventions KEY METRICS - Acquisitions - NPS (Net Promoter Score) - Conversions and fee - Execution efficiency (TATs and delivery) Required Qualifications and Experience: ESSENTIAL SKILLS - People management - Call centre processes - Customer experience APTITUDE - Team motivation and management - Speed and agility - Manage change and ambiguity EXPERIENCE - Call centre experience in a high-growth consumer business - E-commerce experience is a significant plus - 3-5 years- experience
