Designation - Manager, Primary Market Research - Life Sciences/Healthcare/Pharma/Medical

Desired profile - Pharmacy/health science with a post graduation in business administration background preferred unless substituted with relevant experience, He/She should have minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research/analytics

Experience / Skills required :

a) 4 - 7 years of experience in data rich environment; in an agency or pharma firm, pharma markets and products knowledge is a must

b) Expert level knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint

c) Ability to develop, test and validate hypotheses

d) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

e) Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic

Job specifications/ responsibilities :

a) Independently Conceptualize research, questionnaire development for the Survey. Performing resource requirement analysis. Coordinating with Field agencies. Designing customized Surveys for different Primary research projects

b) Designing, Performing and Overseeing key analytic tasks

c) Synthesizing learning's into insight and recommendations

d) Playing a significant role in formal and informal presentations

e) Delivering client-presentable proposals, reports, and documents

f) Communicate expectations and establishes deadlines with agreement from team members

g) Manage operational aspects of assignments with minimal intervention and interface with clients

h) Ensure acceptance of process and outputs

i) Adapt effectively to a variety of team and international client environments

j) Assist senior management in identifying new business opportunities in existing and new clients
