Qualification: CA / MBA Finance
Exp: 6+Yrs in Finance Pricing
Should have handled Large Deals 1.5 million USD.
Preferably only from Large IT Companies
- Structuring the deal as per the client requirements and negotiating with the customer to strike out best deal for both the parties.
- Commercial Management
- Pricing, Commercial Modeling & Contract Negotiation
- Working in multi-cultural & multi-lingual Environment
- Financial Planning, Analysis & Operations
- Strategy & Operation
Deal Structuring & Pricing:
- Create & review financial models for new deals, to help business team negotiate better deal value and margin
- Review financial deliverable with bid team and
- Pricing of managed services deals & staff augmentation deals
- Pricing of transaction based and non-linear deals
- Review of MSA and contracts related to deals
