Presales & Solutions Design Manager
The Pre Sales & Solution Design role is to orchestrate the creation of the solution and proposal as well as ensuring compliance with customer requirements while highlighting company value proposition.
Key Qualification:
- PGDM /MBA in Sales or marketing
- 7 to 10 years of experience in BPO industry across F&A/Spend/Procurement Domain
- Good understanding of AP/AR/GL/FP&A activities

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all day-to-day aspects of evaluating an RFP/RFI. Get involved in every aspect of the submission
- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
- Take lead/participate in opportunity assessment onsite and remotely, qualification, developing response strategy
- Proposal development, review and feedback incorporation, competitive positioning, pricing/ commercial decisions
- Have an excellent understanding of what the client needs and how best to articulate how the organization can provide that. They work closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts when required.
- Liaising with financial estimators to produce the price element of a bid.
- Quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in motivating other team members to produce a successful submission.
- Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision are all important.
- Leadership and team work no one can produce a bid single-handedly. You will have to cope with a substantial amount of responsibility, remain calm under sometimes severe pressure, and be able to read and interpret instructions carefully.
- Need to bring in their industry experience to F&A outsourcing in an digital age.
- You need to deal with complex business relationships and manage multiple resources to deliver a strong, winning case to the prospective client.
- You should also be an articulate, confident speaker. Strong written communication skills are equally essential.
- Strong contribution to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities
- Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
