Manager - Presales - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To be a part of the Pre-sales vertical for the organization which contributes significantly to the overall business and explore alternate sources for the same
Principal Accountabilities :
- Driving & delivering revenue targets for Pre-sales vertical
- Managing outsourced process partners (call canter) to deliver business targets
- Plan manpower and capacity planning for the Pre-sales team at the call center on a regular basis for both launches & sustenance sales
- Maintaining & analysing the data pertaining to the performance of the pre-sales team for all the projects
- Reviewing the performance of pre-sales and coming up with suggestions to further enhance business deliverables
- Developing various alternate sources for generating business from Pre-sales
- Ensuring the quality of the service provided to the customers on calls (data interpretation & training to improve quality)

Qualification/ Experience :
- Graduation / MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3+ years of relevant work experience
